劍橋國際教育機構(Cambridge International Education Institute)成立於1993年, 是全台灣第一家開辦IELTS雅思考試英語培訓課程的「雅思專門校」。全專業外師授課，並擁有最多的雅思考試口試官。後成為雅思官方授權之考場，亦是全台灣第一家除英國與澳洲教育中心外之第一家私立之雅思正式考場。
2008年，費時兩年終於得到英美兩國TESOL機構考核通過，「TESOL英語教學認證培訓中心 「TESOL Taiwan」終於在台灣誕生。 至今16年以來，我們合作的國際證照的審核與發放單位，經歷了美國TESOL協會(American TESOL Institute) 、英國牛津大學(Oxford Teachers’ Academy)教師學院以及英國Trinity College London聖三一學院的Course Provider- Inspired CPD，以上三個世界知名的傑出機構。
我們引進世界潮流的TESOL師資培訓課程，協助中外英語老師在教學上的卓越及創新。TESOL Taiwan已完成培育的學員近6千人， 本中心於2024年5月推出嶄新的TESOL全線上課程【120 Hours TESOL Certificate for TESOL Professionals】，與英國 Trinity College London-TESOL Courses Official Provider- Inspired CPD，跨國合作TESOL課程，由多位教學長達10年以上的TESOL合格培訓官輔導每位學員的線上學習過程，整合教學實務及理論訓練，提供最完整、嚴格且扎實的專業者(Professionals)課程，以期學員能受益良多，更協助台灣、亞洲及外籍老師們就近取得國際TESOL證照，並於全球教學職場勝任。
全線上課程的誕生乃因了解學員因工作或教學時間忙碌，幾乎無法依照要求的時間到教室上課或視訊上課，所以在籌備了8個月的現在，能依然保持以前的教學&學習水準， 推出120小時的全線上課程。學員以自己的空餘時間與速度規劃學習時間表。
我們在Covid-19期間， 做了三項重大的改變
一: IELTS雅思課程全面停止，在課程方面完全僅以「TESOL」為主。
二: 我們於2009年成立的『CIEI留學部』，累積了 13 年學生申請留學的經驗，於2022年改以〝歐洲精品留學〞概念，服務台灣學子。我們的顧問及駐校代表以”專業+熱忱”來協助學生們，以期能讓同學們能做出最適合自己的留學生涯的「選擇&規劃」，同時一步一腳印的邁向自己心儀的學府，並能築夢踏實。
三: 所有的TESOL課程與留學諮詢，僅以”Line & Line專屬電話”操作，學員不必出門即可獲得最好&完善的服務。

The 「Cambridge International Education Institute」, established in 1993, is the first institution in Taiwan to offer IELTS Exam English Training Course, making it a specialized IELTS school. Our professional foreign teachers and numerous IELTS oral examiners have helped us become an officially authorized IELTS Examination Center, the first private IELTS formal examination venue in Taiwan outside of British and Australian education centers.
In 2008, after two years of effort, we passed the assessments of the TESOL organizations in the UK and the US, leading to the establishment of the “TESOL English Teaching Certification Training Center” :「TESOL Taiwan」. Over the past 16 years, we have collaborated with internationally recognized certification review and issuance units, including the American TESOL Institute, Oxford Teachers’ Academy, and Trinity College London’s Course Provider - Inspired CPD.
We have introduced globally trending TESOL teacher training courses to assist both local and foreign English teachers in achieving excellence and innovation in teaching. TESOL Taiwan has trained nearly 6,000 trainees. In May 2024, our center launched a new TESOL online course,【120 Hours TESOL Certificate for TESOL Professionals】, in collaboration with Trinity College London-TESOL Courses Official Provider - Inspired CPD. This course, guided by several TESOL qualified trainers with over 10 years of teaching experience, integrates practical teaching and theoretical training to provide a comprehensive, rigorous, and solid professional course, benefiting students greatly and assisting teachers in Taiwan, Asia, and abroad to obtain international TESOL certification nearby, and be competent in teaching positions worldwide。
The birth of the online course is due to understanding that students, busy with work or teaching schedules, can hardly attend classroom or live video classes as required. Therefore, after eight months of preparation, we are now able to maintain the previous teaching and learning standards and launch a 120-hour online course. Trainees can plan their learning schedule according to their own free time and learning speed.
During the Covid-19 period, we made three major changes.
First, we completely stopped the IELTS course and focused solely on “TESOL”.
Second, our 「CIEI Study Abroad Department」, established in 2009 and with 13 years of experience in student study abroad applications, changed its concept to “European Boutique Study Abroad” in 2022 to serve Taiwanese students. Our consultants and campus representatives assist students with “professionalism and passion”, hoping that students can make the most suitable “choice and planning” for their study abroad life, step by step towards their favorite school, and build a solid dream.
Third, all TESOL courses and study abroad consultations are operated only through “Line & Line Exclusive Phone”. Students and trainees can get the best and most complete service without leaving home.
